Loft conversion, rear extension and back to brick refurbishment of a Victorian terrace
In 2016 we completed an extensive project involving a loft conversion, rear extension, and back-to-brick refurbishment on a period terraced property. Our attention to detail was evident throughout, with underfloor heating seamlessly installed in the kitchen and bathrooms for added comfort. In the extension, we laid engineered wood flooring to complement the space beautifully. The loft conversion featured a dormer at the back and skylights at the front, maximizing natural light and space. Despite the complexity of the project, our dedicated team of six professionals completed the work efficiently in just 8 months. We took great care to restore original features such as cornicing and the front door, preserving the property's character and charm while enhancing its functionality and value.
