Loft conversion and renovation of two flats
In 2018 we completed a loft conversion and full renovation of two flats within a mid-terrace Victorian house.
Both properties were taken back to brick, completely re-plastered and decorated. We installed brand new bathrooms and kitchens in each flat, catering to modern tastes and needs. Additionally, we added external garden stairs to provide access to the garden for the upstairs flat. To ensure privacy and comfort, both properties were fitted with soundproof insulation and engineered wooden floors throughout. The project was completed with a contemporary finish, removing original features to maximise space.
